Who we are

AB Sea Days is a cruise travel channel run by Brad and Amanda Humphries (business name: Phillip B Humphries AB Sea Days) on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This policy covers this website and the "AB Sea Days Analytics" app, which we use only to manage our own accounts.

What the app does

• Publishes posts, photos and videos to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account.
• Reads the statistics for our own posts (views, likes, comments, shares) so we can see what our audience enjoys.
• Reads comments left on our own posts and posts our replies to them.

Information we handle

When you comment on one of our posts, the app can see what Facebook and Instagram already show publicly with that comment: your name or username and the comment text. We use it only to read and reply to your comment and to count engagement on our posts.

We do not collect passwords, payment details, contact lists, location or any private messages. We do not use the app to log anyone in. This website has no sign-up, no forms and no tracking cookies.

How we use and share it

We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone. It is not used for advertising. Post statistics are kept in our own private records to plan future content.

How long we keep it

We keep a private log of comments we have replied to so we never reply twice. Entries can be removed at any time on request.

Deleting your data

To have anything about you removed from our records, email us at inquiries@abseadays.com with your Facebook or Instagram name. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also delete your own comments on our posts at any time.
